All products bought at www.bambukifamily.com are delivered by Speedy Couriers to your address or a Speedy office on the territory of Bulgaria.

Dispatch: every finalised order is dispatched within 1 to 3 working days (of the final order processing date). For items that need to be produced, the delivery period is 5 to 10 days. We will contact you via e-mail or phone for additional information and order confirmation.

Delivery fees for Bulgaria:

The delivery price is charged automatically when finalizing your order and will be added to the final amount. Bambuki Ltd. reserves the right to change these prices at any time without having to notify You.

For orders exceeding BGN 130.00, delivery is free of charge when addressed to a Speedy office in Bulgaria. This condition does not apply to goods that fall into the “heavy products” category and have an explicitly marked delivery price in the order cart.

Delivery to Romania and Greece is handled by DPD group Couriers to your stated address as follows:

Within 5 working days (of the final order processing date) for available items in stock and within 10 working days for all other products on the territory of Romania and Greece by DPD group Couriers.

Payment method:

CASH ON DELIVERY(Only for BG) – You can pay your shipment in cash to the courier by selecting the CASH ON DELIVERY option when you complete your order. The payment processing fee for delivery is BGN 1 per order. For payment made at the time of order by card or bank transfer, no payment processing fee is charged.

BY CARD: You can pay your order by debit or credit card by choosing the BY CARD option when finalising your order.

  • For bank transactions from abroad, the bank order fee is at the customer’s expense.
  • For orders paid for by bank order on the territory of Bulgaria, the product will be dispatched AFTER the sum has been registered in Bambuki’s account. In this case, the delivery time of 3 to 5 working days or according to the courier’s work schedule begins as soon as the sum has been registered in Bambuki’s account.
  • Bambuki LTD. reserves the right to unilaterally cancel an order to be paid by card if the sum has not been registered in Bambuki’s account within 48 hours for bank transactions in Bulgaria and 72 hours for bank transactions abroad.
  • Delivery is completed at the address stated in the order or at a Speedy office in Bulgaria, and to a stated address in Europe by DPD group Couriers.
  • All items ordered through our online shop are transported and delivered by Speedy and DPD group Couriers vehicles.
  • On delivery, the recipient signs a proof-of-delivery certificate or consignment note, by which they accept the delivered goods without any remarks.
  • The recipient is obliged to carefully inspect the package on delivery.
  • In case of any remarks and/or visible damage to the delivered goods, this should be stated on the proof-of-delivery certificate or consignment note.
  • On delivery, the customer or an appointed person signs all documents. Appointed persons are considered as any other person than the titular of the order, but accepts the delivery at the address stated in the order.
  • In case the package could not be delivered at a first attempt after a date and time of delivery had been appointed with the recipient and not through bambukifamily.com or the courier’s fault, the person handling the delivery will leave a note with a phone number. The recipient needs to contact the courier within 3 working days to set a new delivery appointment. In case the package could not be delivered at a second attempt not through bambukifamily.com or the courier’s fault, the distant sale contract will automatically be terminated. This also applies to all cases when the recipient refuses to accept a delivery unjustifiably.
  • In case your delivery is late due to extraordinary circumstances, you will be informed via e-mail or other submitted contact information in the order. If a given product is unavailable, you will be notified and the sum will be fully refunded.
