What happens with your personal data after you contact us?

When you contact us via the form on our website or via email, we preserve your data for the period necessary to process your request, as well as to answer any following questions. We do not share your information with any third parties unless you give us your explicit consent.

Please be aware that for the purpose of facilitating the process of ordering, buying, and contract performance, we preserve your IP address, names, address, email, and data about your payment method (for instance, your credit card number).

Your submitted information is necessary for us to preform our pre-contractual or contractual obligations to you. We do not share your information with third parties, apart from:

– the payment service providers (bank, PayPal, ePay);

– the courier company with which we deliver your purchase.

In case of an uncompleted order, we preserve the submitted data for 30 days and retain the right to inform you periodically on its status and your respective options thereafter. In case of a completed order and a completed contract on the Company’s part on the basis of Article 6, Paragraph 1 (a)(b) of GDPR, we preserve all data on the contract relations within the stipulated 10-year time period in Article 12 of the Accounting Act.
